| The search party along with Yafra leaves Nova Castra by teleport to Leczyca to search for Hellequin's Hunt. They write to several locals and hear a story from a Cistercian Abbey that fighting has been taking place nearby. The group visits and eventually tracks down voices heard at night on road near some woods.

| Suspecting regiones, Geoffrey casts a spell to light the way. They have to do this several times until they find the Host. There are hundreds upon hundreds of ghosts stretching along the road. All the ghosts are crying out for help with something they left undone in order to be freed of the host. Though they are careful to avoid unnecessary interactions, they attract attention of Runar the monk, a ghost who was burned at the stake for reading forbidden necromatic books. He tries to convince any of the magi to give up magic to save their souls and, he is convinced, will save his own soul from the Hunt.

| The party first find Justen who reveals he found the Host and tried to compel them to speak, but they attacked and overwhelmed him and Aislinn. They now both wander with the Host, though they are often separated. To be freed he wants Aislinn freed. The party continue searching for Aislinn and spot her in another part of the Host. She is carrying an oversized book chained to her. Aislinn's desire is for her masterwork book on Auram to be gifted to her former apprentice.

| The magi promise to do something about it and depart back to Nova Semitae, but not before leaving Yafra and Runar at Leczyca.
