Hagit David
Hagit is one of the young housekeepers who live in Melverley and attends to the Great Hall of the Covenant. Although still young, Hagit is quickly developing a reputation as the village gossip, as she seems to have a natural way of overhearing and finding out what is going on both in the covenant and, occasionally, with visiting magi or other guests. Charming and a natural conversationalist Hagit tends to talk more than work but doesn't tend to get in too much trouble. When not gossiping (or sometimes when gossiping) she also tends to slip into the kitchen for a snack.
Her first adventure (1228) involved her, as a known gossip, being sent to the nearby town of Oswestry to check in with the market day rumor mill to see if the indiscretions of a local farmer and an English woman were generating enough noise to cause concern for the Autocrat.
