R2-R9 "Red the Droid"

R2-R9 is a droid (also known as "Red the droid", compared to Red-the-Wookie) re-assembled from parts located on the Kraayt Fang when it was originally "acquired" by the crew. It sat in pieces for a number of months until the replacement parts could be purchased. Since then, it serves as the ship's maintenance droid and astrogator assistant.
