The Iridonian Zabrack Aveo Ereen is Chief of Support Services for the Alliance and a member of Alliance High Command. As the head of the support services branch of the alliance, she is responsible for overseeing two major operations, the operation and deployment of the Alliance military's non-combat personnel and inventory management and transport of the material goods used by the alliance. It is in this latter capacity she became involved with TLB inc., as any transport missions would ultimately come from her department.
Chief Ereen is one of the few upper-level members of the Alliance command who did not come to the rebellion via a military career. Daughter of a middle class family, Aveo gained a business education before joining the Sentient Resources department of a major Iridonian courier company. After a few years she crossed over to the companies operations department, impressing her colleagues until she was considered a sure successor for director of operations. The empire's suppression of Iridonia, however, eliminated that future, driving her long with hundreds of others of Zabraks into the Rebellion. Ereen's skills and experience allowed her to rise quickly through the ranks of support services. When the former Chief of Support Services was lost after the Battle of Yavin, she was considered the natural successor.
