- A longstanding crewman aboard the Aurea Albion, Kashel was often hidden from official attention because of his status as an officially recognized abhuman. Even when he took an active hand in events his role was downplayed, meaning that even with Lord-Captian Drake's standing orders regarding skilled individuals it took decades for him to rise to the attention of the bridge crew.
