- Small Folk - When being attacked in close combat by a creature bigger than me I use my favored Wits for parry. Also outside of combat I gain the Small trait
- Tough in the Fibre - When in a safe place I heal at a prodigious rate, if wounded and untreated recover 2 endurance, if wounded and treated recover 4, and if unwounded recover 3 endurance plus my favored heart rating. Additionally when traveling I recover normally (ignoring the reduced rates on page 11?)
