Lily is the only daughter of wealthy Taiwanese parents. Her father is a senior member of the Taiwanese Defense Force Army,and a decorated veteran of Vietnam and the quiet wars between Taiwan and China. Her mother is a full professor at the National Taiwan Normal University.  Lily insisted on imitating her father, much to the dismay of her mother and grandmother, but not her Grandfather (the Old Dragon). She became the "Daughter of the Regiment", adopted and taught special military skills by the men of the special unit her father commanded for many years. She joined BlackEagle on a dare.
