Initial Build

Ah, the tough twin. I glanced again through all the specializations to make sure, but in the end settled on the same Fringer Tim started with. With 75xp, however, we don't really need to save as much, so we can give her the same cunning 3 as her sister - something that will keep the 'street smart' idea going. She's not going to get Charm or Deception as a class skill - I decided to give her Deception as her species rank, then, to keep her sister as the 'face' of the pair. This is what I'm thinking with the rest:

Starting Character:

  • +1 Cunning (30xp)
  • +1 Brawn (20xp)
  • Deception (Species)
  • Cool (Career) (10xp)
  • Perception (Career) (10xp)
  • Knowledge: Outer Rim (Career)
  • Knowledge: Xenology (Career)
  • Coordination (Specialization)
  • Streetwise (Specialization) (10xp)
  • Street Smarts (5xp), (5xp)
  • Toughened (10xp)

Post-Starting:

  • Pilot: Space (5xp)
    • Class skill, and Zael & Marik have said they're teaching her.
  • Gunnery (10xp)
    • Currently has it, and also part of background conversation
  • Durable (15xp)
  • Knockdown (20xp)
  • Melee (10xp)
    • So she has a chance to use knockdown. Plus, deadly with chef's vibroknife. Also, said to be the scraper of the twins.
  • Save the last 15xp as progress to eventually get Dodge.

Jan 2016 Update

When initially built, the twins (and other NPCs) were at 1/4th the PC XP values. As of the completion of Jewel of Yavin, we are 495 xp, so our NPCs should be at 120 xp (rounded down). They started at 75xp, so they have 45 xp to spend. This is a note to make those adjustments.

Gwynnel has 60xp to spend:

  • Dodge (25xp)
  • Pilot (Space) 2 (10xp)
  • Rapid Recovery (5xp)
  • Grit (10xp)
  • Knowledge (Outer Rim) 2 (10xp)

July 2016 Update

  • Hired Gun / Marauder tree (30 xp)
  • Feral Strength (5 xp)

(Interesting - I was thinking of filling more of Fringer and skills. Particularly Melee/Brawler and maybe Coerson -Quicksilver (talk) 18:53, 21 July 2016 (UTC))

I had thought about continuing down the tree, but it's a long haul in any case to crawl down to the bottom left of the tree to grab that Dedication, and there seemed to be a lack of skills to select from. For instance, we have her doing some combat stuff, but all of it is out-of-class. Melee, Brawl, and Coercion are all Marauder/Hired Gun skills. For the same 35 xp, she now has access to 2/3 of the skills as in-class skills, which gives her a lot more room to grow in the future. Mark (talk) 19:14, 21 July 2016 (UTC)

That's a good point. Marauder is a fun (and different then us) idea for her. Watch out for those fists. Quicksilver (talk) 19:35, 21 July 2016 (UTC)
