Watkins is a small settlement along the caravan trail that leads east from Denver. It is approximately 35 miles from the main settlement in Denver. It is made up of 2 fortified areas, one around the Country Manor Motel and another around Louie’s Tavern and Inn. It also has a trading post called O'Malley's. Many of the residents live outside the protection of those areas in constant fear of raiders and other more terrifying creatures. Despite the dangers the town has managed to thrive, buoyed by the constant stream of merchants and caravans moving along the road.

Louie's Bar Patrons and workers

  • A “Protectron” robot. It is the bouncer, protector, greeter. It does whatever tasks Judy and Tom ask of it. He has been heavily modified.
• Libby Ball
  • She is a ghoul that hangs out at Lulu’s most of the time. She is over 200 years old and doesn't beat around the bush about what she wants.
• Lloyd Strong
  • Mercenary hired by Sara Wright to find her daughter. When he came back empty handed she had him roughed up.
