Star Knights

The Armor of the Star Knights.

The Star Knights are a second-founding chapter, claiming lineage from the XVIIIth Legio Astartes (now known as the Salamanders Chapter). Having been cobbled together from the aerial and orbital assets of the Salamanders, the Star Knights are naturally a fleet-borne chapter on a near-constant crusade to wherever they may be needed. The symbol of their chapter is a crossed sword and Sword-class frigate, denoting their specialty in fleet actions and boarding actions. Their armor is silver, with blue trim. Their rolls of honor have many worlds and campaigns listed: Armageddon, Badab, to name but a few.

The Chapter has recently fallen into dire times, as having blunted the worst of a nascent Ork Waaagh. In doing so, their fleet was all but destroyed and the amount of Marines to bear the heraldry number less than one-hundred and fifty brothers. The last remaining Chapter Master, recently the Master of Recruits, has now inherited the title of Chapter Master. And they are in need of allies and time.
