• leadership skills
• will usually be off ship in combat

• Has been complaining that the bomber flight is understrength, but replacent hulls have been "on order" for months. Amunition stocks are fine.

• can legally relieve any officer with a medical figleaf
• Not much use for medicine actively aboard ship- but has lots of knowege that other groups could use.
