George Donovan is a Morally ambiguous level 1 Investigator

Description

George is a man of dark complexion in his early forties, standing at a little over six feet. He wears clothing that lets him blend in with the crowd, but almost always a long-sleeve shirt, jacket and gloves. His black hair is naturally wavy when it grows out, but George keeps the length short as a matter of choice. His features are not particularly striking, with a body build being slightly above average.
