Within six months it is clear that Lord Liversedge is a child of the aristocracy and completely out of his element managing a colony on a primitive world. Although he has accomplished some good-will works that impress both local and colony operations personnel, the colony's effectiveness is quickly disintegrating. Lord Drake intervenes directly to remove Hark Liversedge and, at after liquidating an additional profit factor, succeeds in keeping the colony from collapsing entirely. A new administrator, [[Prefectus Deangelo Nulaati]], is recruited to control the refounded colony.
