Arkania
Arkania is the eternally frozen adopted homeworld for the Arkanian civilization and a critically important planet among the Northern Dependencies. Nearly the entire population lives within the series of large dome-cities that dot the warmer, mineral-rich peaks between the large open glaciers. Both the planet and it's people are renown for their biomedical research and services, including the best organ and limb replacement cloning in the galaxy. Although of a little off the major routes, it still attracts its share of (often medical) tourists.
