All Player Characters are ECL 25. You may freely use any monstrous race or template that has a listed ECL in its entry. Monsters without an ECL have to be run by the Dungeon Master. Books outside of the SRD are allowed, but try not to use an unreasonable number of books for a single character. In addition no normal character creation, you must select 2 Cleric domains to be your starting diatific portfolio. Because the point is to seek out all others with your portfolio, no two PCs may have the same one.

In addition to your normal character creation, you have the following abilities at no cost:

  • Leadership and Epic Leadership feats: You start with your full number of followers. You qualify for the ‘special power’ leadership bonus.
  • Spontaneous Divine Spells:

In addition to the ones chosen, you know your domain spells. All spells as a 20th level cleric. For character creation, assume cleric’s spell table.

  • A Prophet, who gains a bonus [Prophet|template]. Typically this is your cohort, but not always.
  • Divine Rank 1: This is modified from the standard, due to limited powers available to you. You only gain the special abilities listed here.
  • Maximum Hit Points: You receive the full value of each die.
  • Divine Rank as a bonus: to hit, AC, and Saving Throws
  • Immunities to: Transmutation, Energy and Ability drain, mind-effects, disease, death-effects, disintegration
  • Immortality: do not need to eat, sleep, breathe, and do not age.
  • Damage Reduction 10/epic
  • Create Magic Item: You may create an item up to 4,500 gp related to your portfolio, without needed the item creation feat. If you possess the feat in question, then the gold and xp costs are halved.
  • Divine Aura: Within 10ft/rank you create the following effects. You may choose to limit the area or targets as a free action. Divine Aura does not affect Gods or Prophets. Will save at (10 + rank + cha) Daze: Target may take no actions, but defends as normal. Fright: Affected beings become shaken and suffer a -2 morale penalty on attack rolls, saves, and checks. The merest glance or gesture from the deity makes them frightened, and they flee as quickly as they can, although they can choose the path of their flight. Resolve: The deity’s allies receive a +4 morale bonus on attack rolls, saves, and checks, while the deity’s foes receive a -4 morale penalty on attack rolls, saves, and checks.
  • Communication: A deity may speak and understand any language, including non-verbal languages.
